Content You Create

When you use the Service, the following content is stored:

• Recraft - AI image generation
• Vercel - Hosting and infrastructure
• Neon - Database hosting

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. Content sent to AI services (Anthropic, Recraft) is used only to generate your requested output and is not used to train AI models.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as follows:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Carousels and content: Retained while your account is active
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting karen@carouselbot.app.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

• Export your carousel content (via PDF/image download)
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing
