• Export functionality for PDF and image formats
• Cloud storage for saved carousels

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

CarouselBot offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us at karen@carouselbot.app within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its templates, designs, software, and documentation, is owned by CarouselBot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI features is provided for your use in creating carousels. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAROUSELBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
